Description

Delicious crispy chicken-filled wonton tacos drizzled with sweet chili sauce, perfect for appetizers or snacks.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package of wonton wrappers
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup coleslaw mix
  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Green onions, chopped (for garnish)
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Mix the cooked chicken, coleslaw mix, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat, enough to cover the wontons.
  3. Fry the wonton wrappers until crispy and golden brown, about 1-2 minutes per side.
  4. Drain the fried wontons on paper towels.
  5. Fill each crispy wonton with the chicken mixture, drizzle with sweet chili sauce, and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
  6. Serve immediately while warm and crispy.

Notes

Don’t skip draining the wontons on paper towels to keep them crispy. You can also customize fillings and sauces.
