Description

A delicious twist on traditional deviled eggs, combining creamy goodness with the zesty kick of buffalo sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cooked chicken
  • 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions or celery for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise. Gently remove the yolks into a mixing bowl.
  2. Mash the yolks with a fork until they’re crumbly.
  3. Add the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and mayonnaise. Sprinkle in salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Mix until well combined and creamy.
  5. Spoon or pipe the filling back into the egg whites.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions or celery, if desired.
  7. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

Chill them in the fridge for better flavors. Use rotisserie chicken for quick prep.
