Description
Delightfully comforting Cheesy Garlic Butter Rollups made with warm bread and gooey cheese, brushed with flavorful garlic butter.
Ingredients
Scale
- Soft bread (such as dinner rolls or crescent dough)
- 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
- ½ cup butter (melted)
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- Fresh parsley (optional for garnish)
- Marinara sauce (for dipping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to the temperature indicated on the bread packaging – it’s usually around 375°F (190°C).
- Mix melted butter with minced garlic in a small bowl; give it a good stir!
- Flatten each piece of bread dough with your hands or a rolling pin. Place a generous amount of shredded cheese in the center; don’t be shy!
- Roll up the dough around the cheese to form rollups, pinching the ends to seal them tight.
- Brush each rollup with the garlic butter mixture.
- Place the rollups on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper with some space in between.
- Bake according to the bread package instructions until golden brown and the cheese is melty—usually about 15-20 minutes.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
For best results, don’t skimp on the garlic butter and ensure the ends of the rollups are sealed tightly to prevent cheese from escaping.
