Description

Delicious and customizable Cheesy Potato Burritos filled with crispy tater tots, seasoned beef, and creamy cheese.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package frozen tater tots
  • 1 pound ground beef (or your protein of choice)
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 4 large tortillas (flour preferred)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or a blend)
  • Sour cream (optional)
  • Salsa (for extra flavor)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven according to the package instructions for the tater tots.
  2. Bake the tater tots until golden and crispy, about 20–25 minutes.
  3. Cook the beef in a skillet over medium heat and drain any excess fat.
  4. Add taco seasoning and a splash of water; simmer for about 5 minutes.
  5. Assemble the burritos with beef, tater tots, and cheese on each tortilla.
  6. Roll the tortillas tightly to enclose the filling.
  7. Grill the burritos in a skillet over medium heat until golden and crispy.
  8. Serve with sour cream and salsa on the side.

Notes

Layer thoughtfully: Beef first, then tater tots, and cheese on top for optimal melting.
