Description

Delicious and easy-to-make Chicken Philly Sliders, perfect for game nights or family gatherings.

Ingredients

  • Shredded chicken (about 2 cups)
  • Provolone cheese (4-6 slices)
  • Bell peppers (1-2, any color)
  • Onions (1 medium-sized)
  • Slider buns (6-8)
  • Olive oil (2 tablespoons)
  • Salt & pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Sauté the veggies: In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add your chopped bell peppers and onions. Sauté until they’re soft, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Add the chicken: Toss in the shredded chicken. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Heat through, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Melt the cheese: Place a slice of provolone cheese over the mixture. Let it melt for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Prepare the buns: Cut the slider buns in half, then fill each bun with the chicken and cheese mixture.
  5. Serve warm: These sliders are best enjoyed fresh out of the skillet, so serve them warm!

Notes

For added crunch, toast the assembled sliders in the oven for a couple of minutes.
