Description

Delightful Chocolate Coated Strawberries, perfect for special occasions or a cozy night in.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12–15 Fresh strawberries
  • 200g Semi-sweet or dark chocolate
  • Blue sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Wash the strawberries: Rinse them gently under cool water and make sure to dry them completely with a paper towel.
  2. Melt the chocolate: Pop your chocolate into a microwave-safe bowl and melt it in 30-second intervals, stirring often.
  3. Dip the strawberries: Once your chocolate is perfectly melted and smooth, dip each strawberry into it.
  4. Set on a tray: Place the chocolate-coated strawberries on a parchment-lined tray.
  5. Add sprinkles: While the chocolate is still warm, sprinkle the blue sprinkles on top.
  6. Chill: Refrigerate the strawberries until the chocolate hardens, about 30 minutes.
  7. Serve and enjoy: Ready to be eaten!

Notes

For best results, use fresh, firm strawberries and ensure they are completely dry before dipping.
