Description

Delicious and easy-to-make Cream Cheese Pinwheels, perfect for appetizers or snacks, featuring creamy cheese, fresh herbs, and sweet fruits.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 4 large tortillas (flour or spinach)
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh herbs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix the softened cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.
  2. Spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture over each tortilla.
  3. Evenly distribute the sliced strawberries and blueberries over the cream cheese layer.
  4. Optionally, sprinkle fresh herbs on top.
  5. Roll each tortilla tightly, similar to a burrito.
  6. Slice the rolled tortillas into pinwheels, cut into pieces about 1-2 inches wide.
  7. Add toothpicks to secure each piece if necessary.

Notes

For best results, chill the pinwheels for 30 minutes before slicing. Customize with different fruits or flavored cream cheese.
