Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb crab legs
  • 1 lb mussels or clams
  • 4 ears of corn, cut into halves
  • 1 lb baby potatoes
  • 8 cups vegetable broth or water
  • 1/4 cup Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 1 onion, quartered

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place the potatoes and corn at the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Add the vegetable broth or water, Old Bay seasoning, lemon, onion, and garlic.
  3. Cover and cook on high for 180 minutes or low for 360 minutes until the potatoes are tender.
  4. Add the shrimp, crab legs, and mussels or clams to the crockpot.
  5. Cover and cook for an additional 30 minutes or until the seafood is cooked through.
