Description

A delightful and simple savory pork dish with honey, garlic, and spices that brings comfort and flavor to your table.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound pork tenderloin
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the olive oil, honey, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, paprika, and soy sauce in a mixing bowl.
  3. Coat the pork tenderloin in the marinade, ensuring it’s fully covered.
  4. Place the marinated pork in a baking dish and roast for 25-30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (62°C).
  5. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  6. Garnish with fresh herbs before serving, if desired.

Notes

For best results, marinate the pork for a few hours or overnight. Always let the pork rest after cooking to retain its juices.
