Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb lean ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, minced garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, and parsley in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through and golden.
  5. Make the tzatziki sauce by mixing the yogurt, cucumber, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.

Notes

Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor. Allow the tzatziki sauce to chill before serving for enhanced flavor.
