Description
A delightful and festive treat, perfect for the holidays, combining white chocolate and marshmallows in a creamy fudge.
Ingredients
Scale
- 4 cups good quality white chocolate, roughly chopped wafers or chips
- 1 cup warm condensed milk (not boiling hot)
- 1 cup mini marshmallows (add 1/2 cup more if you wish for more marshmallow)
- ½ cup mini M&M’s (1/4 cup for fudge, 1/4 cup for the top for decorating)
- 1 tablespoon sprinkles for the top (optional)
Instructions
- Line a 10x7x2 or an 8×8 dish or pan with wax paper or parchment paper.
- In a deep bowl, add white chocolate and heat in the microwave until it melts. Make sure to mix with a spatula every 30 seconds to prevent the chocolate from burning.
- Add in warmed up condensed milk and mix until smooth. The condensed milk should be warm for easier mixing and smoothness of the fudge. Microwave it for 15-20 seconds, but do not make it boiling hot.
- Add in marshmallows, and quickly stir.
- Next, add in 1/4 cup of M&M’s and toss around gently to avoid overmixing, preserving the white look of the fudge.
- Pour this mixture into the parchment lined dish or pan.
- Top with sprinkles and additional M&M’s for decoration.
- Chill in the fridge for 3 hours or overnight until the fudge is firm enough for slicing.
Notes
- For a stronger marshmallow flavor, consider adding more mini marshmallows.
- Make sure the condensed milk is warm to ensure a smooth mixture.
