Description

A refreshing yet comforting iced latte made with rich espresso, creamy milk, sweet maple syrup, and warming cinnamon.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup milk (any kind)
  • 2 shots espresso (or about 4 oz strong brewed coffee)
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon (plus extra for garnish)
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions

  1. Brew the coffee or espresso: If you’re using espresso, brew two shots now. If it’s coffee, brew about 4 oz of the strongest brew you can manage.
  2. Mix it up: In a small bowl, mix the hot espresso with maple syrup and cinnamon. Stir until combined.
  3. Fill a glass with ice.
  4. Pour the espresso mixture over the ice and add milk. Stir gently.
  5. Serve immediately, garnished with a sprinkle of cinnamon if desired.

Notes

Adjust sweetness and milk type to your liking. You can also add flavors like vanilla.
