Description

A quick and customizable meal that captures all the flavors of a classic burger in a hearty bowl.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced pickles
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until it’s browned. Make sure to break it apart as it cooks, and season it with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Make the sauce: In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard together.
  3. Assemble the bowls: Grab your serving bowls and layer in the cooked beef at the bottom, followed by lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, red onions, and cheese.
  4. Add the sauce: Drizzle your special sauce on top of everything, and there you have it!

Notes

Feel free to customize toppings and ingredients to your preference. Try different meats or add more cheese for a cheeseburger feel.
