Scale
  • 4 cups seedless watermelon, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 8 oz feta cheese, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 16 fresh mint leaves, plus extra for garnish

  • 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste

  2. Assemble skewers: Thread one watermelon cube, one mint leaf, and one feta cube onto each skewer in alternating pattern.
  3. Arrange for serving: Place assembled skewers on a serving platter in single layer.
  4. Finish and season: Drizzle olive oil and balsamic glaze over skewers. Sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper to taste.
  5. Garnish and serve: Top with additional fresh mint leaves and serve immediately while chilled.
